ABOUT 5150 TRAINING

A gym that cares about your goals!

5150 Training curates’ programs that are catered for everyone, from beginner to athlete. We offer Group PT which gives us the ability to build workouts that suit everyone, all shapes, sizes and ages.

Throw the norm out of the window and leave those pre-choreographed classes as a thing of the past, at 5150 Training we believe in results driven training – not a number on the scales. We focus on improving your strength, conditioning and confidence and less on the number on the scales.

A bit of everything - mixing together weights, cardio, equipment based and body weight based exercises

CIRCUIT TRAINING

No two workouts are the same. Offering lower weight, higher reps to deliver an extreme burn.

WEIGHTS

Our specific weight training is designed around our clients - focusing on 1-2 muscle groups per session.

KIDS CLASSES
