Jodie has been a trainer since she was 18 ranging from triathlons to bodybuilding. This all-rounder is certified in most things PT related from CrossFit, Metapro, FBX, Master Trainer, MovNat to Les Mills and Xtend Pilates.
Jodie believes a variety of training is key to a strong, fit and functional body.
Caela is the latest member of the coaching Team. Having already completed and Certificate III in Fitness, she is busy getting her Cert IV.
