Looking for a bit of everything and anything? 5150 Functional training is just that – including every type of equipment, a mixture of heavy lifting, strength and conditioning, intervals and endurance.
Specific weight training, body building style. Low impact, low reps, high weights with a focus on technique. Each session is broken down in to a muscle group split of 1 or 2 muscle groups.
Join this session for an intense lower weight, higher rep, extreme burner of a workout. From HIIT workouts to circuits, these sessions will make you work up a sweat.
